Great customer service from CKS, Grille is great quality VERY happy!
The grille I ordered from CKS did not disappoint! It was more beautiful in real life than it was in the photos! Very happy with the purchase and have already recommended others to their site for it. The one caveat about ordering this product is the shipping. The box did not have any damage, and the product was not scratched or scuffed in anyway which is great, however the grille has two “wings” and when rested on its side puts pressure on the wings. Over time the constant weight pushing on the wings warped the original shape of the wings which is designed a certain way from the mold, and due to then bending of the wings did not fit properly which was disappointing. My recommendation is to ship the grille with popcorn packaging foam so that it does not rest constantly on the wings bending them. I had to cut mine off due to this shipping error.
